About Pushpa3
Is Pushpa a replacement for my doctor?+
No. Pushpa is designed to support patients and families between doctor visits. It helps explain reports, organize records, track symptoms, manage medicines, and prepare for consultations. Treatment decisions should always be made with a qualified doctor.
Who is Pushpa built for?+
Pushpa is built for older patients — typically 55–60+ — managing long-term health conditions like diabetes, kidney disease, hypertension, heart risk, post-transplant care, and age-related complications. It is also built for their family caregivers.
What makes Pushpa different from a regular health records app?+
Most health apps store records or explain reports. Pushpa goes further by supporting the daily journey of managing long-term conditions: medicines, symptoms, vitals, lab trends, family visibility, doctor visit preparation, and specialist-backed interpretation.
Using Pushpa day-to-day4
Can my family use Pushpa with me?+
Yes. A patient can use Pushpa directly, and trusted family members can stay informed, help manage records, track medicines, and prepare for doctor appointments.
What kinds of medical records can I upload?+
Lab reports, prescriptions, scan and imaging reports, discharge summaries, doctor notes, medicine lists, and other important health documents — as photos, PDFs, or typed entries.
Can Pushpa explain medical reports in simple language?+
Yes. Pushpa helps explain reports in patient-friendly language, highlights important values, and helps families understand what may have changed since the last test.
Does Pushpa help with medicines?+
Yes. Pushpa helps organize prescriptions, medicine timings, dosage instructions, reminders, side effects, and possible interaction-related questions that may need doctor review.
Safety & doctors3
Can Pushpa check symptoms?+
Pushpa can help patients record symptoms and understand what may need attention. It can also help prepare the right questions for a doctor. It should not be used for emergency diagnosis or urgent medical decisions.
What happens if something needs a doctor's approval?+
For treatment-related guidance — medicine changes, diagnosis suggestions, or care plans — Pushpa can route information to a connected doctor for review, correction, and approval before it is shared with the patient.
What should I do in an emergency?+
Pushpa is not for emergency care. In case of chest pain, severe breathlessness, stroke-like symptoms, sudden confusion, fainting, severe bleeding, or any urgent medical situation, contact emergency services or visit the nearest hospital immediately.
Privacy & security2
Is my health data secure?+
Yes. Pushpa is designed with bank-level security, AES-256 encryption, secure cloud storage, private records, and user-controlled sharing.
Can I share records with my doctor?+
Yes. Pushpa helps organize records so they can be shared with a doctor or used to prepare for a consultation. Sharing is revocable at any time.
